Salad:
• 2 bags romaine or two heads of lettuce torn into bite size pieces
• 2 Granny Smith apples
• salted cashews
• Dried cranberries or dried cherries
Dressing:
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon celery salt (optional)
Mix dressing ingredients in glass measuring cup. Boil for 1 minute in microwave.
