Marny's Fabulous Salad Dressing
2 Tbs. white wine vinegar 1 Tbs. dry white wine 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. soy sauce 3 Tbs. sugar, or more to taste 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. salt, or more to taste 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1/2 cup vegetable oil Mix everything but the oil together in a bowl. Whisk in the oil till thickened.
